Ordering and weekly cutoff

Orders close at Friday, 7:00 PM CT. Late orders are accepted until Saturday, 11:59 PM CT when enabled, with a $5.00 late fee.

Payment

Card payments are handled on Stripe’s secure page. Your card order is confirmed when payment completes. If online payment is being set up, your order is saved and we will confirm payment with you.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is available only in the ZIP codes shown at checkout, at the displayed fee. Pickup is available at the listed meeting locations; we confirm the exact meeting point with your order.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are paid once and include four weekly deliveries or pickups. There are no credits or rollover unless explicitly stated when you purchase.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us before the Friday cutoff to request a cancellation or refund. Requests are handled case by case. Eligible card refunds are processed through Stripe; cash or Zelle refunds are coordinated directly with Mangin Meals.

Allergens

Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Cross-contact is possible. Contact us about ingredients and allergies before ordering; we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
